• নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট না করলে আপনার পরিষেবা সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত বা বাতিল হতে পারে।

৬. পরিষেবার প্রাপ্যতা

• আমরা নিরবিচ্ছিন্ন পরিষেবা প্রদান করতে চেষ্টা করি, তবে ১০০% আপটাইম গ্যারান্টি দিতে পারি না।
• রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ বা অপ্রত্যাশিত কারণবশত পরিষেবা সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ হতে পারে।
• পরিষেবা বিঘ্নের কারণে কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

৭. মেধাস্বত্ব

• আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের সমস্ত কন্টেন্ট, ট্রেডমার্ক এবং উপকরণ ShebaHost.com বা এর লাইসেন্স প্রদানকারীদের মেধাস্বত্বের অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
• আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া আপনি এগুলি ব্যবহার, অনুলিপি বা বিতরণ করতে পারবেন না।

৮. তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা

• আমাদের পরিষেবার মধ্যে তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবার সংযোগ বা ইন্টিগ্রেশন থাকতে পারে।
• আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের ক্রিয়াকলাপ, কন্টেন্ট বা নীতিমালার জন্য দায়ী নই।
• আপনি তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করলে তাদের শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে হবে।

• আইনের সর্বোচ্চ সীমার মধ্যে, ShebaHost.com আমাদের পরিষেবার ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক, বিশেষ বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
• এই শর্তাবলীর অধীনে আমাদের মোট দায় আপনার পূর্ববর্তী ১২ মাসের পরিষেবা ফি-এর বেশি হবে না।

• আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে, আপনার ব্যবহারের ফলে উদ্ভূত কোনো দাবি, ক্ষতি বা ব্যয়ের জন্য ShebaHost.com-কে ক্ষতিপূরণ দেবেন এবং ক্ষতি থেকে মুক্ত রাখবেন।

• আমরা যেকোনো সময় আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল বা স্থগিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি, যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করেন।
• বাতিলকরণের পরে, আপনার পরিষেবা ব্যবহারের অধিকার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।

• এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশ আইনের অধীনে পরিচালিত হবে এবং যে কোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
